-Make sure your fingers and toenails are polish free.  Use a non-acetone remover that is less harsh.

-Gently file your nails to their desired shape and length.

-Apply waterless Keratin Gloves and Socks to provide Keratin protein nail strengthening and moisturizing.  Leave the gloves and socks on for 5 to 15 minutes.  Remove and massage in the lotion.  No need for cuticle oil!

-Gently wipe nails clean.

-Apply a base coat, polish color and top coat.
