All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We use UPS ground service for standard shipping. UPS provides delivery service to business addresses as well as residential addresses. A residential delivery is one made to a home, including a business operating out of a home. For each residential delivery, an additional charge per shipment applies.
Standard shipping will take 2 – 7 business days.

Exchange of damaged merchandise only. The company must receive request for exchange of damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without authorization. No returns of Products due to misuse or abuse. All returns are subject to a 15% restock charge. Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Credit will be issued only for merchandise in sell-able condition. There are no cash refunds.
