Q:  What methods of payment do you accept?   [top]

A:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, and Checks (US dollars only). Make checks payable to Bodipure, Inc. and mail to 21 Grand Avenue, Suite 125, Palisades Park, NJ 07650. Do not forget to add shipping. Orders are processed once checks clear in approximately 10 days.


Q: What are the shipping and handling costs?    [top]

A: Standard domestic shipping and handling rates for the continental US excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii:
$6.95 for sales totaling $1 - $75
* FREE shipping for orders over $75
* The applicable purchase amount does not include shipping and handling or sales tax. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.


Q: Are there shipping options to expedite my order?    [top]

A: Domestic orders may be shipped 2-day UPS.  Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and zip code. Overnight service is not available in all zip codes.


Q: I've placed an order online, when can I expect to receive it?    [top]

A: Web orders usually arrive with in 7-10 business days within the continental USA. International order shipments can take 1-2 weeks or more depending on the destination. Orders are shipped from Palisades Park, NJ.


Q: Where should I send my return items to?    [top]

A: Return items may be sent to:

Q: I've made a mistake placing my order online, who do I contact to fix it?    [top]

A: Call (201) 313-2400 to speak to a customer service representative or email your request to orders@bodipure.com. Orders that have been processed and shipped can not be changed. Most orders ship the following business day.


Q: What is the return/exchange policy?    [top]

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For products purchased directly from Bodipure, returns and exchanges are accepted (products MUST be at least 75% full) within 30 days of the purchase date (shipping and handling not included). You MUST contact a representative to receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number which will identify your return package. Return packages must be securely packaged and shipped back to Bodipure Returns Department – 21 Grand Avenue, Suite 125 – Palisades Park, NJ 07650. You will receive a return, exchange, or credit. 

We apologize but we can not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from a retail or department store. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.


Q: Does Bodipure ship outside the USA?    [top]

A: In most cases, YES. Customers are required to pay any duties or taxes upon arrival of the order into the country. If goods are refused, the purchaser is still accountable for the shipping fees incurred. Shipping rates begin at $25 for most international orders. Please email info@bodipure.com for any international shipping inquiries.
